Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage retail staff, including cashiers and people working on the floor.
2. Ensure standards for quality, customer service, and health and safety are met.
3. Monitor sales activities to ensure that customers receive satisfactory service and quality goods.
4. Resolve customer complaints professionally and in a timely manner.
5. Implement and supervise promotional activities.
6. Handle personnel issues such as recruiting, training, and performance evaluations.
7. Conduct inventory audits to ensure that the store is adequately stocked.
8. Implement strategies to improve sales and customer retention.
9. Ensure compliance with all company policies and operational guidelines.
