We are seeking a Dental Office Manager who holds that same value and wants to help our dental clinic serve our patients more efficiently and more compassionately. The ideal candidate will be friendly, outgoing and highly organised. He or she will take over all management duties for front office staff, including reception and dental assisting professionals. A Dental Office Manager needs to have excellent interpersonal skills as well as the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. You will be required to manage 2 branches, moving between locations regularly to ensure our high standards are maintained.

Experience / Education
1. Minimum 2 years experience.
2. Insurance experience required
3. Knowledgege and Understanding of dental related systems technical specifications anad processes.
4. Problem solving capabilities
5. Excellent written and oral communication skills.
6. A certificate / in Business Management or Accounting is an asset but not necessary.
7. Knowledgege of Microsoft Office
8. Effective management and leadership skills
9. Effective facilitation and management skills
